Feature Request: Monthly/Annual Budget with Progress Indicators

Description:

I would like to request the addition of a feature to Denaro that allows users to set monthly or annual budgets for each category (Group). This would be a valuable addition to the app for several reasons:

• Improved budgeting: Budgets help users track their spending and ensure that they are not overspending in any particular category.
• Better financial planning: By setting budgets, users can better plan for their future expenses and ensure that they are saving enough money.
• Increased awareness: Budgets can help users become more aware of their spending habits and identify areas where they can cut back.

Implementation:

The budget feature could be implemented as follows:

- Budget setup: Users would be able to set a monthly or annual budget for each category.
- Progress indicators: Each category would display a progress indicator showing how much of the budget has been spent.
- Warnings: Users could be warned when they are approaching their budget limit or when they have exceeded it.
- Customization: Users should be able to customize the appearance of the budget indicators, such as the colors and icons used.

Users should be able to customize the start date of their monthly budgets. This would be useful for users who are paid on a biweekly or semi-monthly basis.
