Each pay day, once the latest income payment has arrived in the users account, providing the option to show the leftovers from the past months income as savings would make it easier to track incoming and outgoings for the current month (or respective gap between income payments) without the issue of hiding the savings from the total when using date ranges to filter out previous months spending's.
Also as I like to estimate the remaining spending's for the current month to work out what will likely be left in savings at the end of the month, I do end up having all of my repeat payments listed in an extra group titled 'estimate spending's and delete them one by one as they show up for the current month, maybe implementing a function to automate this may make the app more functional for those of us that strictly use it to plan how we will save money for future life goals.
Thanks for the great work so far, this is the first app of its type that I've ever trusted and it is brilliant at what it achieves.
Once I've finished saving for my current goal, I'll be more than pleased to donate to the project as a thank you for the great tool!
I think this will certainly be an app that I'll continue to use for many years to come!

I wonder if #367 could be useful for your use case... Need to think about it 🤔

Would it be useful for you if there would be an option to delete a group together with all transactions from this group?
