No microphones detected

Describe the bug

As the title says, Nheko does not detect my micrphones at all.
Can confirm that the mics work (recorded via pw-record or other means)

To Reproduce

1. Go to 'settings'
2. Scroll down to 'CALLS'
3. Click on the 'Microphone' scrollbox
4. Nothing happens, Nothing shows up

What happened?

I wanted to make a call using nheko but i can't because my mics are not detected.

Expected behavior

2 mic entries should show up in the microphone checkbox.
