integrate better section map

The select.html file contains a nice jquery/jqueryUI based selection tool. Can that be integrated instead of the current section map?

the section map is a set of squares, each square symbolizing a page (or chapter or file) of the text that is analyzed. it is important to make it easy to select individual squares and any type of continuous or non-continuous subsets - each new selection triggering the computation of specificity of the selected sub-text. currently the section map is not working well. there is a nice example of what should be done in the select.html file. it would be great if this could be integrated into the nexico visualization.
