I noticed that it would make sense to port exercise code to jupyter notebook so we can add more annotations and also training steps will be easier and more intuitive. What do you think @jdpigeon @hubertjb @syswsi @rcassani ?

Funny, I'm working with some of the bci-workshop code in a Jupyter notebook right now. I'd be happy to add a notebook outlining and explaining the FFT to the repo
