Hello, I tried to search against a large Database (TREMBL). I don´t know if Fraqpipe can be used for this? I somehow managed to make it run until the step where Philosopher is called. The file (interact-KN3RS_RA4_1_2360.pep.xml) is large (900MB) and philosopher crashes. Do you have any suggestions how I can solve the or a better approach?

Sincerely, Bernhard
