Steps:

Go to http://webcatdevel.azurewebsites.net
Click on Sign Up or Log In.

Expected Result:
The modal will appear without moving the background page.

Test Result:
Background page moves to left when Modal view is activated.

@thehoneymad this appears to be an old bootstrap bug which was fixed after 3.2.0
twbs/bootstrap#9855
