So my thinking is that in the distant future, we'll have a pool of playtesters for development builds and experiments that we select 10-15 people from. This way we can get varied feedback and it lets us benefit from different types of eyes on the test build without being overwhelmed by too much feedback.

I'll also set up roles for all this, so that we have an onboarding thing where people can just join the server, select what they can contribute, then go on.

I managed some of this stuff, but not all of it so far. there's onboarding and roles, but no server rules, which will become way more important with more people. I did draft a code of conduct doc, which would be great to have more eyes on as it's not complete yet.

Here's the CoC draft I made https://docs.google.com/document/d/1TWmBfZ6-2T22VDW_-sYxp1453djmeClLHCvkagoL1cM/edit#heading=h.29pg318aa0g4

I flipped some switches on who is able to send msgs in the development channels, limited dev to devs, hosts and paperworkers and limited paperwork to paperworkers hosts and devs.
