This breakpad fork can sync with upstream, so add changes from https://github.com/NatronGitHub/google-breakpad. Note API changes in some functions (that breaks dump_syms.exe on MINGW).
Not an high priority, but we should avoid having two different forks of breakpad for Natron.

I have added patches from the old google-breakpad repo and fixed/updated the MINGW support.
Will need to test everything of course.
