Viz lambda fixes (#65)

Two lambda fixes included:

1. Update to viz_db_ingest functions to handle ConnectionClosedError being thrown randomly by invoked worker lambdas.
2. Increased memory on viz_db_postprocess lambda due to occasional memory issues on mrf and ana_14 day service processing (planning to profile to see if I can optimize and lower memory again for cost sake).
