This documentation describes how to build a restful api in GO. This is sort of the starting point for the service.

The CalculateService needs at least one rest endpoint for this to work ...path_to_service/a_scorecard_doc_id.
Each time that the service receives a scorecard document id on the endpoint it should take the necessary steps to build the calculation elements and to process them in the Builder. See this for an example Builder pattern implemented in GO.
