Add smoke & dust plots to RRFS

We've added smoke and dust to GSL's RRFS CONUS3km running on Jet:
/mnt/lfs4/BMC/nrtrr/NCO_dirs/stmp/tmpnwprd/RRFS_conus_3km/
Can you add plotting scripts for smoke and dust to pygraph for RRFS-SD? You can use the GRIB2 or netcdf files for plotting. Johana can share her plotting scripts for the netcdf files. We can use the same colorbars for the smoke and dust plots as ones used in HRRR-Smoke.

So, adding the smoke & dust plots to the RRFS CONUS 3km should be pretty easy. We are already creating those plots and they can be seen on the RRFS-SD page, and those fields should be available in the grib2 files.
