docType, subDocType lists are different between adb-cb1 and the OnPrem and Capella clusters

docType, subDocType lists are different between adb-cb1 and the OnPrem and Capella clusters.
Since the OnPrem clusters and Capella are replicated from adb-cb1, these should match exactly.
Now that the OnPrem cluster is rebuilt, we will run these tests again to need to verify if the differences are still showing up.

Is this still something we can explore? My recollection is that we had to remove the data from the on-prem cluster so it should be identical to adb-cb1. I forget if there were differences between Capella & adb-cb1.

We did find differences between adb-cb1 and OnPrem cluster, and also adb-cb1 and Capella. Since OnPrem cluster bucket is now rebuilt, it would be easy to determine if we are still seeing differences.

If OnPrem cluster looks good, this would transition to Capella too, since we would eventually be doing a fresh XDCR to Capella, I think.
