Does someone create curvilinear grid in ww3_gridgen Matlab scripts?

I tried to use Matlab to create the curvilinear grid. There is information about it in matlab script (https://github.com/NOAA-EMC/gridgen), but without successful, error was in the compute_boundary subroutine. Of course, I can make grid self with routine linear interpolation,lat lon coordinates can be calculated too, but I would be to receive mask and obstr files to my grid. How do you make curvilinear grid? Thank a lot
