The segmentation errors were generated in some tests with the latest GDASapp

In the latest GDASapp,

the ctests reported quite a few fv3-jedi tests failed with the same segmentation errors, as for fv3jedi_test_tier1_hyb-3dva

I am wondering if some yaml related usages/standards are changed.
The complete ctest output is on hera:/scratch2/NCEPDEV/fv3-cam/Ting.Lei/dr-GDASAPP_v0/GDASApp/build/ctest.out.
Helps from GDASapp experts/developers are appreciated.
