The esmFldsExchange_ufs contains the field exchanges needed for UWM when coupled to MOM6. This is duplicated within the esmFldsExchange_hafs when the hafs configuration uses MOM6. The coupling to MOM6 in UWM needs to be unified within the single ufs exchange module.

This is follow-on work from ufs-community/ufs-weather-model/issues/2048 and ufs-community/ufs-weather-model/pull/2028
