Updates made at Consortium include
Fixes for advanced snow physics. Includes both Icepack updates (Updates to advanced snow physics implementation CICE-Consortium/Icepack#449) and corresponding CICE update (Updates to advanced snow physics implementation CICE-Consortium/CICE#852). These changes include a bugfix in Icepack for the calculation of smicen and smliqn.
