Egg & chicken problem with evolven3fit #2003

Right now evolven3fit needs a theory folder to produce an eko but the theory folder doesn't exist without the eko.

This is due to validphys being too eager with the checks. Not a crucial bug (just create an empty folder or even put the fktables there already) but would be nice to fix.
