请问自定义词典是否支持热加载 #797

library.properties配置文件配置好词典路径后，修改文件内容，无法进行热加载词典，请问是否有办法解决
使用数据库连接方式，修改数据库内容后，也无法查询到新增或者修改的内容

运行与spring boot框架

可以参考org.ansj.elasticsearch.action.TransportAnsjAction#flushDic实现：
org.ansj.elasticsearch.index.config.AnsjElasticConfigurator#reloadLibrary
org.ansj.elasticsearch.index.config.AnsjElasticConfigurator#reloadConfig
