Norm on geocat-datafiles imports / usage and update in the templates (currently they conflict).

Relevant items:

  • Current usage (in geocat-examples and elsewhere) is mostly import geocat.datafiles as gdf
  • Potential conflicts w/ GeoPandas geodataframes which are often named gdf as well
