Add documents that describe the conversion of custom rate constants in the MOZART mechanisms to standard MICM rate constant types.

there were some errors found in the original documents that may not have been updated. ensure the document is update-to-date with the conversion here: https://github.com/NCAR/chemistry-cafe/blob/v1.0.0/php/CustomReaction.php and with the TS1 mechanism in MusicBox.
