Suitable global attributes for mom_forcing_type 2 and thermo_forcing_type 1 in DEPHY format

Good day! I understand that some of the namelist configurations are set by global attributes in the forcing dataset in DEPHY format. What are the suitable global attributes for mom_forcing_type=2 and thermo_forcing_type=1 in DEPHY format?
