This run is crashing after 40 days after sending the warming and error:
The crash is in the subroutine:
|
Looks like salinity is going negative. I thought we had a minimum salinity? |
Thanks, dabail10. Good catch: I had a typo in |
This run looks pretty darn close to 104, with all changes primarily in the UTLS region and not really impacting the TOA radiative balance. I say extend this run. |
Here is an improved PE layout for this case: Should improve performance and lower cost a little bit. Model Cost: 10042.01 pe-hrs/simulated_year |
Purpose:
Testing the 104 configuration with MT. The goal is to do a first coupled MT run
Description:
Similar to 104 but with MT
-add RRTMGP
-hybrid from 98 at year 201
-MOM vertical coordinate set to hycom1
-user_nl_cam
-user_nl_mom
