QBO sensitivity to explicit diffusion in CLUBB

Purpose of the run

Test impact of including CLUBB's added explicit diffusion on the QBO. Run archaeology suggests this may be a significant factor. This flag has been set to ".true." for a while, because it improves simulations. However, this also seems to be associated with a speed up of the QBO leading to a too-short period.

Description of the run

Take latest CAM tag. Run FMTHIST for N>=10years with
clubb_l_do_expldiff_rtm_thlm = .false.
