PR #170 involved reorganizing and enhancing veda-docs. This will also involve creating a software and services architecture diagram for the veda system based on comments from this ticket: #170 (comment)

@stephenkilbourn: we had a session in our offsite team meeting about some ideas for the software and services architecture diagram. The main change from your initial draft is to highlight the generic service that's being offered along with the underlying software (repo reference). Let me know your thoughts.
