Deployment doesn't update index.html

The most recent deployment to the staging environment updated the scripts.js file, but it did not update index.html, which still references an older script. This outdated reference is causing the page to continuously load

The first image demonstrates index.html pointing to an outdated index.js file, while the second image shows that the referenced file has been deleted during the deployment process.
