Motivation: HLS is an operational system.

Description: Maintain HLS operations to produce L30 and S30 products in tandem w/ Landsat and Sentinel-2 collection for the NASA user community.

Acceptance/Completion Criteria:

Provide GeoTIFFS to LP DAAC.
Make metadata available in CMR.
Make browse imagery available in WorldView.
