Start Ethereum App on Ledger and connect with MEW
Enable Smart Contracts Data (yes)
Enable Display Data (yes)
Send Ethereum with Data to your own address
Try to confirm it with Ledger.
MEW will display the smart contract data on the display and asks to confirm the "selector". Upon confirming, MEW responds with "Invalid status 6a80. Check to make sure contract data is on ?"
Transaction is not generated. Upon disabling Display Data, smart contracts can be sent.
