Finder: Find actions, app ops, components, permissions, etc. across apps

Describe the solution you'd like
In AM, it's easy to find information for a single app (as per the original design). Overtime, many batch operations were introduced, and now AM should implement a tool to search across apps. Possible search space include:

• Actions
• App Ops
• Components
• Permissions
• Checksum of the signing certificate

Describe alternatives you've considered
1-Click ops can be used as an alternative but it can't be used to inspect the components or app ops, for example.

This is one of the long standing offline-issues

This will ve great feature.

For example one use case can be when user wants to debloate their phone via adb over tcp or root, they can for example search for some words like SAR or such to prevent removing critical system apps specially in adb mode that user can't disable components and just can remove/disable app completely.

I have been very busy these days. So, do not expect it to be implemented anytime soon as I am only focusing on improving the existing features.
