Tweeter Project

Tweeter is a simple, single-page Twitter clone.

This app is dependent on HTML, CSS, JS, jQuery and AJAX for the front-end and Node, Express for the back-end.

Features

  • Write a new tweet that will be added to the feed in real time.
  • Each tweet includes the user info and the message
  • The form is hidden and can be accessed by pressing the compose button in the navbar.
  • scrolling down the page enables the "scroll to top" button to quickly get back to the top of the page
  • when scrolled down the navbar button is hidden to not obscure tweets

Getting Started

  1. Fork and clone this repository.
  2. Install dependencies using the npm install command.
  3. Start the web server using the npm run local command.
  4. Go to http://localhost:8080/ in your browser.
    • Get on the app and start tweeting!
