Text on the "Scroll to (LOCALE)" button

This button... I have been thinking... Why is the locale code displayed? I'd display the "locale" like how it's listed on the page... That way people are more inclined to also use that to search in the table instead of searching for the locale code.

(Then again, this might be hashtag overthinking on my part)
