Custom symbols to get highlighted in preview

The idea is that we add a text filed in the settings with some prefilled and the user can add the ones that prefer and those are automatically highlighted.
So is a way to extend the feature of that pull requests in an easy way for all the users without duplicate the code with tons of settings.
