How can I merge two apk files like AhMyth does template apk, but manually?

Open the apktool.yml file in the original decompiled APK directory, it's located where the AndroidManifest.xml file is. Send me a photo of the the part that says targetSdkVersion: and minSdkVersion:

We need to determine if we have to make an SDK numbering change or not.

Change the targetSdkVersion to 22, then save the changes. The reason for the change is because the original targetSdkVersion value is above SDK 22 (Android 5.1) and it wouldn't work for the current payload, so we change the targetSdkVersion to 22. This is only a dirty workaround however so you may need to utilise one without the change as well. But that's up to you.

Now if you configured your Server IP and Port for the AhMyth payload when you built the payload at the start of all this, you can now go ahead and recompile the original bound APK file.

apktool b original -o bound.apk

After this you'll need to zipalign and sign the payload, which you can do with Uber APK Signer or another signing tool that allows zipaligning
