Please include an inventory (or a link to one) of elements that Microsoft Search indexes. My assumption is that "content" means text within a given text file -- is that correct? Or can Microsoft Search learn what is included in an image, video, audio, or other non-textual file? And what does "metadata" include? For example, does it include the URL of the file? the file name? created and modified dates? Author and/or contributor usernames, email addresses, and/or IP addresses? What about less obvious data, such as related content, content popularity, content value (age, frequency of updates), and so forth. Certainly some of this information is known -- why obfuscate it? It would help my customers know how to optimize their content for Microsoft search. Thank you! [email protected] / [email protected]
