Issue Details

Highly related to #2967.

We don't set a clear expectation on how modules should be bundled and configured in hosted PowerShell applications relying on the SDK.

We need to document how to make an application relying on modules like Microsoft.PowerShell.Management work with an SDK-hosted PowerShell application.

See PowerShell/PowerShell#8323 for an example of such an issue.
