Fix rendering of README on PyPI

We have to fix the rendering of README on PyPI: https://pypi.python.org/pypi/melissa/1000.0.34. Also, the spelling of 'License' is wrong, just noticed today.

Also, the spelling of 'License' is wrong, just noticed today.

Its because we misspelled License as Licence at README.rst and acc to setup.py the description of melissa at PyPi is using README.rst

We have to fix the rendering of README on PyPI: https://pypi.python.org/pypi/melissa/1000.0.34

Should I restructure the README or do as these packages has done https://pypi.python.org/pypi/scikit-visualizations and https://pypi.python.org/pypi/char-cnn

It would be nice to include some information on the package's page. Maybe restructuring the README so that it can be properly parsed would be the correct way to go.
