I'm having this error when installing last release and also when building by myself.

Building the latest master yields the same 14007 error for me:

If I add my build number to this line, that error no longer appears and the program seems functional. (At least, I think it does... I've never used i3wm or this program before.) Not sure why it's gated by build number, but to my I-cant-read-c++ eye, it seems like InitCom doesn't need to do any special behavior for 1904\d... so maybe it just works? ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

I'd be happy to PR this if the fix is really this simple =)
