Cookie tracking on teams can mean a pledge goes to the wrong page #26

Visit team page A. Leave it open. In another browser window, visit page B. Close it. Go back to A, make a pledge, the pledge goes to team B, not A.

This seems low priority to me, but we did have a non zero (1?) number of people hit by this (ticket 4455).
