If a person actually CARES about DOING SOMETHING ABOUT one's health ... going to a doctor or taking the pills prescribed is NOT doing something ABOUT one health -- it is having something done TO you ... then there should be enough evidence of caring that the person could be convicted of a crime, if caring about one's health were a crime.
