Predicting Employee Attrition

We developed a predictive model that can identify employees who are at a high risk of leaving the organization. Using historical employee data to create a model that can help the HR department take proactive steps to retain valuable employees.

Run Locally

Clone the project

  git clone https://github.com/ManyamSanjayKumarReddy/Predicting-Employee-Attrition-IBM-ICE.git

Go to the project directory

  cd my-project

Install requirements.txt

  pip install -r requirements.txt

Start the server

  streamlit run app.py

Deployment

To deploy this project you can use :

1. Heroku https://www.heroku.com/
2. Streamlit https://docs.streamlit.io/knowledge-base/tutorials/deploy
