cdxgen can be called using npx #5

Maybe npx @appthreat/cdxgen is kind of the same, but afaik -g switch for a dependency is a bit meh.

It will even shorten the docs.

Maybe even bundle cdxgen in the correct version and make it so it can be a optional (--no-optionals).
