Partner cards are duplicated in Battlebond #35

You'll see two Will Kenrith for each art. Both with the same multiverse ID, but one with cardnum 1a and the other 1b.

This appears to have been a bug with MTGJSON that was fixed but doesn't seem to carry forward here. mtgjson/mtgjson#586
