Be more pedantic regarding the adresse_station for statique data

Purpose

At the time of writing, charging station address is required string, with no further validation. If we want to check location coordinates consistency, we need at least a relevant zip code.

Proposal

As suggested in the schema, we must validate that this field match the following pattern: [numéro] [rue] [code postal] [ville]
