Cannot connect when printer is setup with password. #16

I have configured password access to my machine, using M551.

The integration cannot connect to the printer.

I have verified that it can connect without the password, so I guess the integration does not support this functionality.
Can this be added, as password protection is essential in my setup?

I have just submitted a pull request in which password can be entered. It seems to work on a Duet2 wifi (standalone mode only)

For standalone mode this is now working. Thanks @repier37
I'll leave this open and implement authentication for SBC mode as well. Might take some time, as I am quite busy at the moment.
