How to disable Rotation?

wheelView.setWheelDrawableRotatable(false)

I try this one but not work. why?

I have implemented it and made it possible to disable rotation by a simple "rotatable" boolean attribute in WheelView. Pull requested here #67

app:rotatable="false"
