Description

Why "standard": In short, Chinese is not one language but at least two: Simplified and tranditional.
zh can't represent zh-rCN. And there are zh-rHK, zh-rTW, zh-rSG... Using zh may affect the fallback towards needed zh-r** variet.

And as now, remain translation in folder values-zh is zh-rCN, Chinese Simplified.

change Chinese(中文) to Chinese simplified(简体中文): I mean Chinese(中文) in Stringlate's Settings. And all zh should be checked and change them into zh-CN.

What's not mentioned in the title, you should add zh-rHK back... So do en-GB and so much others. Or the translators can only use the system lang to translate their variets. But doing this will also fill the lang list up, you may need to make a 2-level lang chooser like the one in Android 7.1.2+ 's system settings.
