Hi,
now, if I enable the Addon, Gmod doesn't start and shows the following error: "Disconnect: Client 0 overflowed reliable channel".
The problem only occurs if you enable/disable an Addon or replay a map, without exiting the game. If I don't enable e2_vgui_core Gmod works fine.

I've noticed this issue randomly myself sometimes while working on the addon in the past.
It is quite a tricky problem because the console does not log any errors.

I'm not sure what causes this problem or why it only occurs on a reload.
It might take some time for me to figure out what causes this, sorry for the inconvenience.

To reproduce:

  1. Start Gmod
  2. Start singleplayer world
  3. Open developer console and enter 'restart'
  4. The error occurs and you're thrown back into the main menu

Current workaround:

  • fully restart Gmod
