We want to be able to create basic roles just like in the legacy codebase. You can see these roles in Administration/ACL A seeder with these roles/permissions is a great place to start. Also we want to be able to modify this from the UI.

NB: We are using the Laratrust package for managing our roles/permissions - https://laratrust.santigarcor.me/
