When trying to open the setting by version 0.9.8, it freezes.

0.9.8にて設定を開こうとするとフリーズします。

The environment is Japanese, Galaxy S8, Xiaomi 5.

環境は日本語、Galaxy S8、Xiaomi 5です。

Probably, I think that the issue is caused by "download_speedup" is not being localized.
