Unable to generate proofs on testnet

Trying to run the cli to generate proofs:

./cli_creds creds --podAddress 0xFB360848e4Af3bfbBFc43c73aA336E14a7E91e63 --beaconNode http://beacon-chain:3500 -execNode http://beacon-chain:8545

however im getting the follow error :

error: Failed to generate validator proof
caused by: failed to fetch beacon state: GET failed with status 404: 404 page not found

i have verified that both the beaconNode and the execNode are reachable through various curl commands, im not sure what to do since the error does not give too much info to debug off of
